[Possible Spoilers] Stuck in Episode 3 due to possible bugs

Hi,

I seem to be stuck in the game after accessing the penthouse and unlocking the characters' scenarios. I've checked a walkthrough for the portion I am stuck with and it seems like my game isn't behaving as it should. I even tried going back to a previous save to redo the actions, but the same events re-occurred. The game seems pretty buggy compared to episode 1 and 2: I've encountered lighting errors, floating pens and notebooks that hang around the air or fly around when a character is talking, and I've had the HUD disappearing and reappearing at times.

I managed to complete [spoiler]Max and Keith's scenarios[/spoiler] and they greyed out correctly. I then tried to complete [spoiler]John's scenario[/spoiler], and was able to do so by [spoiler]getting Erica to search for football results, then using Cordelia to tell John about the results. John made the bet and the Patriots won, resulting in Erica receiving John's investigation dossier on Max's death.[/spoiler] but after I exited the scenario, instead of completing the scenario and greying out the icon, it remains lit. I am still able to go back in and speak to [spoiler]John, and it appears as if I have still yet to convince him of Cordelia's powers[/spoiler].

Consequently, I am still unable to enter [spoiler]Cordelia's[/spoiler] scenario. Everytime I enter it, the game  boots me back to Erica saying that I cannot access the vision as I first needed to find out [spoiler]how Cordelia learnt to snap out of her blackout.[/spoiler] Because of this, I cannot proceed since I can't get the contents of [spoiler]Cordelia's drawer[/spoiler].

Any advice?

If I remember correctly,
[spoiler]Cordelia needs to use Hand on the file folders, which will let Erica see the case number.

@KatieHal: AHHH~ That's what was missing! I didn't realize that the inventory wasn't restricted to Erica alone. Silly me!

Okay, gotta go sleep now. It's 4.21am here in Singapore!! You know you have a gem on your hand when you have players missing sleep for an episode you just released a day ago... hahaha~

What do you need to do in order to be able to do this? All I can do in that flashback is look at the case folder, I can't move anywhere to find a phone.

You should have a cellphone and Rose's card in your inventory. Combine those to make the phone call.
