Considering Cedric is several millenia older than Sing-Sing, I bet she's a bit to young for him. Unless he is into young chicks. Which is just a bit creepy.

Mages can only ever cast the familiar spell once (according to QFG :P), I don't think Crispin was alone for several thousand years.
