Funny! Cedric is kind of cute if you look past him being so obnoxious. The worstt hing is his whiny, girly, high-pitched voice and cowardice. He is an amusing bird.

Ahhh, now it all makes sense!  Someone found him incredibly annoying and turned him into an owl, destined to annoy others for eternity.
