Episode 4 Locks Up

Episode 4 locks up after Rose's cut scene about Bao Thanh, just after the credits at the beginning.

I have tried both letting the scene play and skipping the cut scene, and it still locks up so there is no response from the mouse and the loading icon locks in place.

Cognition was the only program running on my computer at the time. Do you have any tips for getting over this hurdle.

Edit: This problem seems to have been fixed. Restarting the computer and running the game again seemed to fix the problem. Or perhaps it was the unspoken law of once you ask for tech support, the problem fixes itself. 

Now back to finishing the game!
