Stuck on map in Ep 4

I think I need to press buttons that the lines are touching in the past, present and future but I have no idea which to press. I suck at visual puzzles and it's so annoying that Erica and Cordelia's powers only last a few seconds. Help?

That one is pleasantly tricky . If you try to play with buttons a bit, [spoiler]you will discover that she can't actually reach the panel in horizontal position. You need to uplift her and "throw down", so one of her hand is higher. And I am not gonna lie, the last phase demands fast reflexes.[/spoiler]
