Hardees has some good burgers now..
Hardees obviosuly hasn't set foot on the European mainland (yet), at least not Flanders.
AFAIK, we've got McD, BK, and IIRC I also saw a KFC somewhere sometime... Ad ofcourse, the other 'big' fast-food player overhere... 'Quick'!

I made more midnight runs to that place than i've collectively eaten fat food in my life.
I don't think our neares McD is open 'till' midnight. At least at 10 PM they shut the door I always enter through.

There's no Hardees in Canada either.  There is a Harvey's, but I haven't eaten there for 5 years.  :P

James, I'm sure it wasn't a reflection of your cooking.  She was probably already feeling sick.

Hardees has the big Angus burger now...where it's like half a pound of beef!  Really good!  CC, you mentioned KFC--talk about one of my favorite places to go.  But, of course, I'm a Southern girl, fried chicken is a staple to our diet!

It was actually Joe's fault, but it's still kinda funny.  She was like, "Could I have some more pasta?" and then suddenly, out of nowhere, "Oh my..." and she ran to the bathroom.  :X

Honestly, with all the new findings of the benefits of chocolate, why are we still afraid of eating it? It's a vegetable. Sure it tastes good, but it is still a vegetable. It is actually GOOD for your heart, so the more you eat the better the heart. Sure they say it is mainly the dark chocolate that has the benefits, but just eat a dump truck load more of the milk kind and you're home free.
Add to that the fact that your body digests and metabolizes better if you aren't feeling guilty about what you eat and you actually enjoy it. Your attitude about your food matters. That doesn't mean you should smile when you eat, b/c that would be disgusting. Noone likes a dinner partner that chews with his/her mouth open ;).

So in the words of Goofy: eat, drink and be happy and tomorrow, we diet.
You are but earth and dust; The world was made for you. - Know your worth in humility.

* copycat thinks there's stuff in the dark chocolate that's not in the milk chocolate, so you can eat a truck load milk chocolate and still not reap benefits equal to eating one bar of dark chocolate.
BTW, I don't like eating dark chocolate, too bitter for my taste. :-\

So in the words of Goofy: eat, drink and be happy and tomorrow, we diet.
Why do we (I) need to diet? ::)
