Will my purchase of GK1:20 entitle me to all/future platforms?

If I buy GK 20th anniversary from the PO store, do I also have access to the upcoming tablet versions? What if I purchase through GOG? Thanks in advance, sorry if this is the wrong forum for this.

Truly worried when no response is made to such a post.

Anyway I have similar question: when buying from Phoenix store do I get a Steam Key ? is that downloadable via Phoenix servers... how does it work???

If you buy from our store you'll be given the option to request a Steam key yes. However, we don't have any way of providing single-purchase access to both desktop and tablet versions of a game. The only way to get the game on Android or iOS devices would be to purchase it from the corresponding app store.

I've also preordered the game from the PO store and I've been wondering the same thing. I don't really mind not being able to grab the tablet versions, but I was wondering if I'll be able to grab my game off GOG.com since I own all the other Gabriel Knight games on there. Getting the game off Steam is okay too I guess, but being able to download the game from GOG would be perfect for me. I hope you guys can get back to me on this.

@wilco64256: Could you get back to me with an answer to my question?

I may not be understanding exactly what you're asking. The game has been available for pre-order on GOG for some time now, so yes you would be able to download it from their site. The only restriction we have is that we can't give out keys to tablet versions as those have to be purchased directly from the corresponding app store.

Let me clarify things here. I originally preordered the game through the PO store before it was available on GOG. I just want to know if I'll be able to grab the game from GOG (through my original preorder from PO) without having to purchase another copy of the game through their site. I hope that clears things up :)

Yes. Once the game is released you may request a key for it on either GOG or Steam if that's where you wish to access it.
