It's a lot easier for you guys to visit me in Canada than for me to leave. So there.

Tonight, I'm going to cook ribeye steak.
I'm going to cut it into bite sized chunks, marinate and cook it in a homemade sauce.
The sauce:
50/50 Red wine/water (maybe 1 cup each, I don't measure dang it!

)
4 cloves of freshly minced garlic
1/2 large yellow onion (1 small one, use own discretion)
1/2 cup Soya Sauce
1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
2 Tablespoon(s) of Italian seasoning (can usually be bought as such, oregano/thyme/rosemary/basil mix would be an okay substitute)
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon pepper (I like pepper)
Couple dabs of hot sauce
At least that's what I'm going to aim for. I'll let you all know how it turns out.
