Honestly, with all the new findings of the benefits of chocolate, why are we still afraid of eating it? It's a vegetable. Sure it tastes good, but it is still a vegetable. It is actually GOOD for your heart, so the more you eat the better the heart. Sure they say it is mainly the dark chocolate that has the benefits, but just eat a dump truck load more of the milk kind and you're home free.
Add to that the fact that your body digests and metabolizes better if you aren't feeling guilty about what you eat and you actually enjoy it. Your attitude about your food matters. That doesn't mean you should smile when you eat, b/c that would be disgusting. Noone likes a dinner partner that chews with his/her mouth open
