When will patch be ready for Moebius Game issues?

It has been a while since these bugs were discovered but there is no date when the patch will be ready. Will the patch be ready by next week, end of January, end of the year? I was enjoying the game (Up until it freezes in Chapter 3) so it makes it more frustrating.

The testers are still busy combing over the final list of issues, but I believe we are getting very close to the patch. We want to make sure any patch we put out after the last one is as painless as possible, and there are a couple new features in it as well.

This may be a bit off topic, but it's still related to "updating Moebius"... somehow. That is: what about a French translation? I read about the German version, the Italian version, the Spanish version... but nothing about French?
It's sad, I know a lot of people who don't play a game as long as they can't find it -in French-. Even among those who do speak a good English, it's simply a matter of "being totally at ease / more immersed".

(If it's because you couldn't find a translator yet, maybe I could help? I've already done professional translations... and am French, as you probably guessed. If it's "on the way", super great and do you know when it should/could be available?)
(The same goes about Cognition by the way, at least about the lack of a French version?)
