Ep. 4 Max Figurine & Erica model bug

I inserted the Max figurine into the round table before examining it and there is no option to take the figurine back or an alternative to getting the other figurines...or if there is an alternate way I don't know how to figure that out. Essentially I'm at a dead end.

The Erica model bug appears when I use her ability while standing in the bathroom area. Her head disconnects from her body and starts spinning/rolling around on her torso. I'm guessing it may be partly related to the video driver issue since I'm using an ATI Radeon 6870.
