Blurry Pixelated Graphcs

I've finally gotten a chance to play the remake and appear to be having graphics issues that are causing many of the screens to appear very low resolution and pixelated.  A similar problem was posted here but with no apparent resolution:

Has anyone else had similar issues or know of any fix to this?  I posted this on the Steam Tech support page also (hence the Steam Links) in the hopes of getting this solved as quickly as possible so I can enjoy the remake

Sorry to hear you're having graphical issues, pepinak.  Can you tell us which platform you are playing on and also give us the resolution and quality settings you selected on launching the game?  We can see how it looks to us here.
