I think we need a new forum rule: If you're making a post over, say, two paragraphs, you must have the thread you're replying to and the "Post Reply" page open at the same time. Then before you hit the "Post" button, you must refresh the thread page to make sure nobody's posted anything in the interim that's going to make you look like an idiot.

I think the newer version of these forums warns you when there are other new replies in the thread before your post gets posted.  For now, just make good use of the Preview button.

LOL!  I don't know if you were being sarcastic or not, but just in case...  Yeah, there's a modify button in each post that allows you to edit posts.  And there's a delete button if you want to delete your post completely.

SUVs have trunks, sort of, but they're bad for storing bodies... if you drive too fast during your getaway the SUV rolls over and the body falls out. No good.
