Stuck on the bit where I need to get the tape recorder

I have not forced anyone to do anything, and when I finally spoke to Terrence, he says he will not help me with Galagher. Why he would want to though, I know not, but he says no. So I try phone her, while standing near her, no joy, then I try ask him for help again, and there is no such option in the dialog with Terrence anymore.

Same issue here, Cant phone Gallagher, No option to get Terrence to help. Already sent email tot Terrence for storage space. Did you ever figure this out?
