Anyway, I just resized the screendump a bit with GIMP, and now its size is below 100Kb so let's see how this looks...
What res does a 17" LCD run, anyway? Since most websites go for at least 800px wide screens, I'm assuming you have a res over 1600px wide to avoid major annoyance?
Since I'm having a wee bit of a problem with my graphics card (no drivers), I have to stick with the standard ones, and thus my highest res is 1280x1024. And when I try to install the driver that is suggested on the graphics card manufacturer-site, Yast2 stalls, and when I try to reboot KDE can't load anymore, so I have to re-install Linux (which I just did).
