It seems I can't throw a stone without hitting something to prove, yet again, just how "un-with-it" I really am. For 17 years, I had no idea that there was such a choice. I still have a hard time telling the difference (no need to explain anything, though, I'll find out on my own).

Which choice? Boxers or briefs?
That has nothing to do with "withness" or anything, heck, I'm not with it at all. :P I just like what's comfy. ;D Briefs get too tight, I gotta breathe. :P

It has less to do with being "with it", and more to do with whether or not you get yourself into situations where you have occasion to see men in just their underwear. ;)

Heck, I go pantless in just my boxers all the time in my apartment. I wear a shirt of course. ;) My roommates and their guests (men and ladies) don't seem to care, fortunately. (Probably cuz they're too busy getting drunk. ;))

...so, does that make me a true Canadian? I've heard that Canadians have an entire day each year where they don't wear pants. ;D Ah, to have that in the US... ;D

LOL! wtf??  :P
Well, if it's really hot outside people wear shorts... but I don't think I've seen anyone wearing boxers or briefs in public, much less a day dedicated to doing so. :o  :P

Lol, I dunno why I thought it was a Canadian thing, apparently it's Texas that does it. Some Canadians have joined in the fun though.

My sophomore year, my roommates decided to embrace what some other friends of our had dubbed commando week. ("Going commando" being aka "no underwear", fyi). A fun quote from one of them:

"It's a thrill to sit in class and think, 'I may have been late, but I'm not wearing any underwear.'"

Hmm. I've never had occasion to wear a "fancy" bra, but I do know how hard it is in general to find a bra that's flattering and comfy-fitting, and doesn't cost several appendages, if you're... er... "well-endowed". In fact, I'm having that particular problem recently. :P

There's been a couple times I had to go undie-less for a brief time in public due to laundry problems, and both times were really uncomfortable. I'd never do it for a whole day, on purpose! Katie's friends are nuts. :P
