Hee! I know you don't have to be a geek to like adventure games, but it helps.

Seriously, I've only known personally of two local people who liked adventure games. One was a co-worker at my old Toys R Us job. The other is the tenor in Harrison's barbershop quartet. Which reminds me, as soon as you guys post the online auditions stuff I need to tell the latter fellow about it, I bet he'll be psyched. (I've pawned off on him a few extra games I've ended up with, including Grim Fandango, Space Quest 4, and King's Quest 5. Whee!)
I'm a pretty late adventure game fan, myself, and still kind of a n00b. I used to like tinkering with text adventures, but due to a few mix-ups it took me a long time to discover graphic adventures.
