Problems :/

Ok I was talking to Renfrew and he hasnt been posting because everytime hes goes to a section of the forum he has to login again :-\

Does anyone know why this maybe happening ???

we had redirecting issues before from kq9.org to kq9groups.net before, I would suggest to him to clean up his cache and whatever else, in case that problem may be on his end, because we fixed that problem already, btw this thread belongs to forum problems Jason... not Offtopic

Yeah, it's either a cookie problem or a redirection problem.  The redirection thing's been fixed so ask him to check his cookie settings.  :)

BTW it says Renfrew is online down the bottom, but on his page it says Welcome Guest :S ???

EDIT: Ok Renfrew just told me this :P

I tried my custom password and it would let me on a page, then it stopped working, so I clicked to have it sent to me and I got a weird numeral and letter password. that would work for a page for one night. I turned it off and tried again later. It didn't work so I sent it to me again. I got another password. this one won't work on the login screen, but it will work at the bottom of each page where you can log on.

Thanks to all for the generous help.  I have returned. It took a while , but Jason finally cracked the problem.  It was a browser problem.  Mozilla makes everything better.  Thanks for your time and effort Jason. It feels good to be back.

Ok, well as long as you're browsing now.  I'll consider this problem fixed. :P

But in the future, if you ever have login problems, just clear your cookies, close the browser and try the forum again.  Also, make sure the address bar says: http://www.postudios.com/blog/forum and not http://www.kq9groups.net/forum.  :)
