I said that it depends...first was going to say that it would be bad.  But then if we got someone on who was spamming the forum and wasn't contributing anything, then that's when a restraint might need to be put on.

I don't really care!  Actually, I think there is a post restraint right now on how quick u can post, but I've never hit that myself.  Usually people that try spamming get their posts deleted anyway.

Depends on the reasons. I myself haven't had problems with the current posting restrictions, only when I occasionally forgot to post a reply and quickly post if after another I can run into it, so obviously that's not a time when I want it to be there.

Good luck. As long as CC let's his emotions affect his judgement, there's no way he'll put the insane people in, and the sane people out.
