Women's Day International

Not sure if anyone knows but today (the 8th) is The International Women's Day, so I would just like to congratulate all the women and girls for their day and wish them a great year.

I was also inspired to make a picture that I dedicate to all the women in the forum  

I didn't have much time to work on it though but I hope you like it

How wonderfully cynical of you! I do tend to agree though. It is incredibly PC, and for that reason most people aren't even aware of it. And it is "fake" in a way, since it has no real significance to any people or society as a whole. It's a nice thought and all, but why should an artificial date be assigned for the recognition of women's contributions to society? It's also kind of condescending, in a way. Are all the other 364 days of the year purely the domain of men?

The answer to this should answer your question: what would happen if almost every day was Christmas (or 4th of July or any other Important holiday)?
