Women's Day International
« on: March 08, 2005, 03:38:17 PM »
Not sure if anyone knows but today (the 8th) is The International Women's Day, so I would just like to congratulate all the women and girls for their day and wish them a great year. ;D

I was also inspired to make a picture that I dedicate to all the women in the forum  <3

I didn't have much time to work on it though but I hope you like it  :sweating:

Edit: I had to really shrink the picture to upload it. If anybody wants a larger version let me know so I can try to up-load it somewhere  :P

Cheesy way to get a date!

Lol, no seriously, while I don't much care for fake holidays like these, atleast I'd like to spend this day thinking of my female friends, might as well make something special out of this politically correct day!

lmao!! hahahaha :D

How wonderfully cynical of you! ;) I do tend to agree though. It is incredibly PC, and for that reason most people aren't even aware of it. And it is "fake" in a way, since it has no real significance to any people or society as a whole. It's a nice thought and all, but why should an artificial date be assigned for the recognition of women's contributions to society? It's also kind of condescending, in a way. Are all the other 364 days of the year purely the domain of men? ::)

It's good that you're thinking about all the ladies of the forum though, Raforever. <3 ;D
And nice photograph, too!

Happy berfday to Say, happy berfd-- Oh, wait, wrong day, huh? :-\ Thank you for being such an amazing, wonderful, beautiful, caring, sensual, radiant woman, and for making me the happiest man alive! ;D (We'll celebrate a day for that though, and it's called our "anniversary"... <3) I love you... :-*

The answer to this should answer your question: what would happen if almost every day was Christmas (or 4th of July or any other Important holiday)?  ;)

It's good that you're thinking about all the ladies of the forum though, Raforever. <3 ;D

It's not a photograph.   ;D
