Hey--
Do any '90s kids here like/remember this movie? It's been one of my favorites since I was five, ironically around the same time I discovered King's Quest.

Yep! Loved that movie, and still do. Think I saw it again not all that long ago, either.

Nope! can't say I did. I wasn't really a movie watcher when I was a kid.

You should definitively check it out. It's very cute and cheesy in the KQ sense, and stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler and another actress as a trio of evil witches. Some of the things will seem pretty familiar to King's Quest fans--for example witches on broomstick, a talking black cat, a zombie risen from the grave and just the general 90's Disney-esque atmosphere, like what colored KQ 5-7.

I remember watching "the Witches" when I was a kid (movie where they turn boys into mice and such) Had horrible dreams after that! But then again, I got freaked out by the witch in kings quest 1 aswell, everytime she appears I got scared  :P

I loved the cat in Hocus Pocus. XD It was one of my cousin's favorite movies, so I was forced into watching it a lot.

Though, incidentally, I'd kinda hoped this thread was about the Apogee game, which I loved at about the same age. XD

I think I watched Dragonheart once, doesn't Sean Connery do the voice of the dragon?

I love Hocus Pocus! It plays around Halloween every year so I get to see it at least once a year. Such a fun cute movie!
