The Genie

Hey guys! I was just thinking about this today...don't know WHY it popped into my head, but it did (probably because of the new thread Jesse posted)...but anyway:

Has the genie from KQ6 been forgotten or is he integrated into the story also?

I hope he is. He was a good character in my opinion. He was a little funny with the mints in the pawn shop. If he is in this game, he'll probably work for Alexander or some other good guy from the Land of The Green Isles. Or he might just be mentioned or pop-up once or twice for a split second or something.

I loved the drunk genie!!  I want to see him drunk in the game!

Maybe that's the problem! The drunk genie is casting bazaar spells that are causing people to act weird and stuff to dissapear...

Yeah, bazaars do have that effect on some people. Anyone who's ever been to one can tell you that

Obviously, the genie would have to be disabled somehow... igonring him or having him around would raise many "why can't he use the genie for..." questions

Yeah but I hope it's more then just "He's drunk of the mint again" Even drunk the Genie was still able to do things for the Vizer, albiet not very effectively.

I like the genie. He was funny when he was on the mint. He's not drunk, he's a ..........mintaholic! I wonder if they have an MA group in the Land of the Green isles, Mintaholics Anonoymous.

I wouldn't want the genie in the game too much though because then Alex could just use him to do his dirty work rather than doing it himself. Hey...I can't remember if he freed the genie or not!

I don't think the genie was freed but with the Vizier behind bars, Alexander could become the genie's new master quite easily.

Depending on the ending you get for KQ6 1 of two things can happen to the Genie, either he dies or you do become his new master. You know that would actualy be a good way just to get rid of the Genie all together saying Alexander had freed him however the best ending in the game DID have the Genie go around fixing things and getting Alex's family over to the Green Isle's. I suppose after doing all that Alex would reward the Genie with freedom.

He probably will be the head member... If not, it will probably be the genie who gets drunk from mints. I swear, I'll never understand that! His name's Shamershamazzil, or something like that, isn't it?
