I think Hillary Duff and a few of the others sorta of the look of Rosella but I think Reese's acting is better for the role. Honestly though I'd rather have the actress who played "Buttercup' in Princess Bride.

I had to go w/ Hilary Duff there mainly out of default  choice.  She seems like the only one that's young enough to tackle the role.  She's definitely innocent/naive/impulsive enough with the childlike passion, but I still need to stick w/ my origininal pick in the previous "casting" question about King's Quest, and go with Evan Rachel Wood (played in Upside of Anger, Thirteen, and the Missing).

Reese She's able to play such a variety of roles and ages. Especially if they show Rosella growing up in a movie, Reese would be a great choice.

Oo she does look like Rosella, though I dont think I have seen her act as of yet.   I wouldn't mind Christina Applegate either she can play spunky and naive at the same time

It was really close between Nicole and Mena but Mena won in the end. With the exception of charlize the others just seem to annoy me whenever i see them in anything.

I voted for Reese Witherspoon. I don't know that much about celebrities. I'm not familiar with Mena. Nicole Kidman is a redhead, but she can dye her hair blond. She's too adult for the part. I don't like Hilary Duff to much, she represents airheaded blond teenage girls with the popular Disney crowd. But I guess Hilary would make a good Rosella cause she's the right age. Rosella is 17 when she first appears in KQ3 and KQ4.

Yeah, I agree that Buttercup (Robin Wright) would make the best Rosella.

Let me just remind you that 'The Princess Bride' was created back in 1987. Robin Wright Penn is 39, and way too old to play a careless adolescent princess. Plus, she always struck me as way too serious for that

As for the poll candidates - Nicole Kidman & Charlize Theron also fall on the age issue, Reese Witherspoon I just can't stand, and the rest I've never heard about

Reese Witherspoon. She was so great in Legally Blonde 1+2 and Sweet Home Alabama. She could do the best. I often associate Elle with Rosella simply because no one takes either of them seriously and both have proven themselves in the end.
