Please state the oath, as you were planning to do before recess.

* the prosecutor asks why the Court is asking Mr. Racx to take the stand when his last question to Mr. Delling has not been answered yet.

Oops, The Court's bad. Mr. Racx, please step down from the stand and allow Mr. Delling to answer the prosecutor's last question. Mr. Delling, please take the stand. Mr. Racx, please don't go too far.

Very well, The prosecutor can start asking his questions to this witness.
* the prosecutor informs the Court and the witness he will ask this witness the same questions as he asked Mr. Delling. First question to Mr. Racx: 'Did you see Ms. Tess throwing the milkshake cup and where it landed?'

Other than myself and Michael (pacman), I do not remember seeing anyone else. Although I do remember seeing a suspicious character wandering around.

They were lurking, never spoke to anyone or made eye contact with anyone. They were keeping to themselves and hiding their face. It just didn't seem like someone we knew.

No, you didn't
* the prosecutor informs the Court, given this new piece of information, he would like to question Mr. Delling again, after he has finished questioning Mr. Racx of course
The Court asks Mr. PK, as legal counsel to Mr. Delling,  to approach the bench and asks him if he has any legal objections to his client taking the stand again

Sorry your honor. I'm a terrible lawyer and I'm afraid I fell asleep when I wasn't needed. I have no objections, as long as my client can remain in his disguise.

No apology needed. As has been explained before, time does not 'flow' normally in the constraints of this thread.
As long as Mr. Delling appears in the same disguise as he was the last time, this Court now has the proper information to ascertain he is the same Mr. Delling who appeared beforehand.
However, Mr. Racx still has to answer (at least) one of the prosecutor's questions.

*enters in disguise*
in hooded robes!... I mean... that was a completely different event entirely...

If the court would forgive my outburst... I was referring to a different event... (one in a movie... about the "greater good" that involved hooded robes...), it is unrelated to this case. :P

I would also like to state that I have a case to bring before the court against Racx and PK on charges of indecency for removing their pants while in the public forum!
