*Court enter the Court room, back from recess and the President of the Court stands up*
Reviewing all the facts this Court has ruled both parties guilty, 50/50.
Mr. Yonkey has clearly lost his inner child. This is an integral part of every male member of this society, without which a man cannot function properly. This has been demonstrated by the abandonment of Mr. Teddy.
Mr. Teddy on the other hand does not know how to properly hug people. In some ways he's become a wild animal. However, he has shown promise in this very court that, with proper incentive, his proper behaviour can be restored.
Henceforth This Court refers both parties to the TSL Asylum, Mr. Yonkey to the human patient section, Mr. Teddy to the Animal Centre.
PS: NOW you know why I opened the Animal Centre. :D

According to the reports the Court has requested concerning mr. Yonkey's condition, up to now he has not shown any sign of an emerging 'inner child' again. :-\ However, it has been noted it's still early on  in this particular treatment so it can still go any way. :scholar:
