I'm suing Yonkey and OB for going off-topic in this wonderful threade.

The Court would like to know if the Accusing party or the Defending parties require a jury to be present on this case, seeing as how it thinks it will be difficult to find impartial members.
Court proceedings have now officially STARTED.

Ofcourse, pleading for sympathy is allowed, even if there's no jury. Whether that will work is another matter though.

I would also like to point out, that, at the time, I had not yet started posting on a ferrocious rate, so technically, I have every right to present this as evidence and sue Yonkey for going off-topic.

I put it to you Oldbushie, that you also went off-topic twice, in this thread on the 28 and 29 of April.

While that may well be, let's concentrate on the current case of Deloria vs Yonkey and OB please. This court can't take on two cases at the same time.
