Bussers get 10% of waiters/waitresses tips. I know a guy who's 13 and busses at his family's restaurant. I feel sad for him because I fell like he's going to be wasting all of his time for fun on stupid work. He says it's fun and he gets like $40 a day but still....

Oh and his dad yells at him alot!
