Yes, it has been suggested MANY times to change the names. I believe the gist of it is that the team won't because they're talking with VU AND because of the c&d order. Even if the names are changed, if sueing by VU occurs, anyone will be able to see that the only difference is the name changes.

You could just change then name! Arn't you happy now? I wouldn't mind playing the game if it were called "King's Quest for Glory".

Just like when they had to rename another favourite game "Hero's Quest".

The slight difference there is that Sierra's "Hero's Quest" didn't have anything to do with the original "Hero's Quest" other than the name. If it had, a name change wouldn't have been enough

Why not open a new thread on this sub-form saying that changing the names is not a possibility, then lock and sticky it? That would stop a lot of these suggestions.

Is there a doubting thomas here? Listen, POS will win. But it will take time. It could take months but how am I to know. Just like Ghandi in India. He wanted to win India peace and justice without violence (in POS' view taking them to court which would cost much money) And did Ghandi win? Did India get it's rights? Do the goodguys always win?
