so mostly I try to be nice, but on forums I am a loon =P
and I am half israely! the other half is American! and if you have problems with that talk to my passport

I think he means that Israeli manners are more or less non-existant  
The Israelis are considered very rude, impolite, loud and all-around bad tourists. we're horrible and we know it...  

Anyways, I don't think Bloody and I are a good example of Israelis, as "typical" Israelis wouldn't even be in this site
