If a woman's heel breaks during a posting spree the other forumers are not responsible for any injury that may result. Also, if the need arises emergency  's can be found in the bottom of the seat your sitting in, and may be used for a replacement.

As someone who doesn't need to diet I agree, but we'll see if I do when I start getting older and my metabolism changes.
