I have heard before that some of the enemies of the past shall be seen in TSL. Just wondering if these mysterious enemies will have major roles or more like cameos?

maestro

My guess is major roles.  After all, what use would a cameo appearance of Mannanan or Mordak be?  There could be a cutsceen of Mannanan as a cat saying, "Transform me back into a man!" but what would be the point?

That would be sooo cool! Imagine seeing an awesome, realistic, scary looking Mannanan giving you his infamous stare. Or just seeing Mordack or Abdul in 3d? Yay!

Well, there being an Underworld gives the possibility of old characters returning a whole new meaning.

The Lord of the Dead becomes free and flies around, terrorizing everyone perhaps? XD

Was that before or after Alexander had his name changed? :P

We'll most likely be seeing the following: Malicia, Lolotte(or someone who looks very similar), and Abdul.

Malicia is my favorite villain. After that, I guess Manannan is the scariest. He's cool, in an evil way.  I want to see all of the villains, Hagatha, Manannan, Lolotte, Mordack, Abdul Alhazared, Malicia and even Lucreto. Lucreto is kind of weak, it's not that hard to defeat him.

Well, since one of the loctions is the dreamworld (or something along that line), maybe we'll see them all there (though I'd doubt we'd see them in the waking world).
All that is gold does not glitter
Not all who wander are lost
The old that is strong does not wither
Deep roots are not touched by the frost

From the ashes a fire shall be woken
A light from the shadows shall spring
Renewed shall be blade that was broken
The crownless again shall be king

We could see a young Malica in the waking world.

I'd really rather they only bring back villians that aren't dead. Both Mordack and Lolotte were killed at the end of KQ IV and V, so I say keep them dead. Thier time is over.

Oldbushie

No zombie villains like LeChuck? :P

As far as I'm concerned, Lolotte already was a zombie :P I mean, she was green and everything.

And so is Titania(though not as much so). ;)

Rosedragon

Just because your green doesn't make you a zombie. Titania's not a zombie, she's green and pretty. Lolotte's green and ugly. I wonder if there are fairies with blue, purple, pink, mauve, orange, red, yellow, or gray skin?

I hope so, but we're getting off-topic here. :P Lolotte was just an evil faerie.

Someone is getting beat up by me if the Boogeyman isn't in this game.  8)

Fading into nothing.

Why on earth would you want the boogeyman back in the game?

Apologies to those who did like...err..'it' but I hardly think it represented one of the finest villains of the KQ series? (admittedly none of them cut any ice with me but then again I am a harsh critic and a fan of Gieger's various monstrosities!)

Whilst it would be nice to see some enemies from the past return, I would hope the TSL team have made a nice portfolio of brand new foes that could weave into KQ history in clever ways (after all, half of the old villains are either dead or defeated!)

Nonetheless, just my thoughts...
When cities burn and armies turn,
and flee in disarray,
Cowards will cry 'tis best to fly
and fight another day.
But warriors know it in their marrow when they die and fall,
It is better to have fought and lost than not have fought at all.
