complicated because we dont use a real space where you can just go to their cubicle or office to check up on them, you have to wait till they email back or they contact anyone on the team so if you dont get email you check on your msn list with over 50 people see if any of the directors or its director has seen it or talked to him, either email this person, wait for his answer, check up the list with the directors, which are available which are working, then update, then again check for approval, then post to see if anyones missing and then finally fix it all and post it, the check up is the thing that takes more time since is not something I can measure, but its up to the members so show up somehow.
They do work, but I need them to check up because we update now, we cant be updating this all weeks, when there is other work to do.
