The oddest THING!!!!!!

The week before the last there was a suicide bomber who exploded himself on a bus in the street next to mine.
At least 5 people got killed and dozens more injured.

So I was thinking - if I suddenly stopped posting without a warning, don't be too surprised...

All I know is what I see on the news. And from what I hear the news in america is very censored. Its a bad situation there, it really is. Why do you stay there storm? I mean, its really scary, I dont think I could take it. You must be a very brave woman.

There way another suicide bomber just yesterday! this one was on a bus by my university. Fortunately, the bus driver and another passanger were able to restrain the guy and keep him from exploding himself long enought for most people to escape, so this time "only" one woman was killed and a few people got minor injuries. Too bad they didn't manage to hold on to him longer, but they said he was a big guy and you really can't judge anyone in a situation like that.

I never thought of leaving here. Even if I could, my whole family and my whole life is here. I can't imagine myself living anywhere else.
However, I am begining to reconsider living in the big city...

I remember last april when a band bus on the way to somewhere (Canada, I think might be wrong), and something happened (I cant recall right now).  And it was the SAME DAY as when my band/chorus was going on our trip.  Before they told details of where/who and everything, my parents and other friends, heck even my former boss at work were worried it was us.  When we claled that night to tell them we got in ok (since every parent demands that we do), they were all "thank god you're ok!"  We had no clue what they were talking about (we were on a bus, we couldn't watch the news!)  It was kinda scary, but funny at the same time (not that it happened, but that they thought it was us while we had no clue it what the heck was going on).

Sorry for making you unhappy. I'm just overly concerned with it because I'm so vain, sensitive and lack good self esteem. I saw a show on anorexics on Dr. Phil, and it really made me sad about how little those girls value themselves. I am determined to never be like that, I don't want to starve myself. I guess I should drop the subject. I do have a rather nice body, just chunky.

Storm, I think you're pretty. You have nice hair, and you're not fat. I wear glasses too, seems like a lot of people here do. I weigh about 140lbs, sorry can't do the metric, and I'm 5'2 I guess it's time for me to stop bitching about my weight, there are a LOT of people worse off than me.

Good news, I've lost  a little bit of weight. These pants I'm wearing are still a bit tight, but at least I can button them up.
