And you're right about the lip synching with the oracle. But that has to do with the fact that it's a pretty new scene, relative to the others (Neil correct me if I'm wrong! But wasn't when it added to the demo, it had to be created from scratch in just a couple weeks?) But I know the team's working on it :)
Yes.  We added this sequence because we wanted to try out our first in-game cutscene.  And of course, we wanted something cool to show Vivendi. ;)

The out of sync problems is caused by Torque delaying the processing of audio.  I'm not sure if it's fixed yet in the current build, but I think Johan (Assistant Programming Director) said that it's completely fixable. XD  If so, I would definitely love to add that fix into RC2.

One last thing. When I was installing the game There was a file called EASTER EGG... Is there a easter egg in the game? ;)
I think your mind may have been playing tricks on you. :P  There isn't any file called that, just stuff like editor.cs.dso and editorRender.cs.dso, etc. :P  There will be easter eggs in the game, but the RC1 demo doesn't have any.  Well, besides some snarky Narrator dialogue. :P

I noticed the sliding as well.  I have an idea as to why it's happening, but I'll have to talk to the Programming department.  If it hasn't yet already been reported as an Issue, please do so. :)

I couldn't find this anywhere else.
People seem to interupt Gragam a lot while he is talking.  Especially the green skinned lady where the wedding ceremony took place(er. nearly).
That and she, and some of the people, will speak immediatly after graham finishes(as if they are ADD and can't wait for our slow speaking hero to finish).  It is a very small detail, but something i noticed.

If this has been reported or is already known, please don't hesitate to tell me.

This is just a demo, and i can tell already,  that it will be a great game.  It really seems to capture the humor and method of story telling of the past KQ games.

Also, i actually laughed out loud when the narrator asked if Graham was writing a book on "feeling things".

It's a known issue and listed in the Readme.txt file. Be sure to download the Patch v.2.0 today! ;D
