I mean come on... do we really want to see a grey-haired Alexander or a wrinkled Rosella going on some quest to save King Graham who is suffering from Alzheimer's and Queen Valanice who is forced to use a walker because she is suffering from advanced Osteoporosis?
Ahhh so that's why Valanice isn't playable in our game!  Girl, you should have been drinking more milk. ::)

Well she can always blame the Royal Physician for not catching the symptoms and prescribing Boniva.   :suffer:

Oh and if such a game was made, I hope it's not branded as a King's Quest game.

It should be branded as a Retirement Quest game.

Just think.... it could be called Retirement Quest I: Quest for Social Security.

hmmm.... I think I may be onto a heck of a parody here.....   ;D

Well it would certainly be a good way to close up all the loose ends while maintaining the possibility of continuing the franchise with different characters.

...

Having the game end with children is the perfect way of saying "All is well and our heroes/heroines can live happily ever after" while leaving future games with the children as the new heroes/heroines a possibility.

Actually, that's the direction I always thought the series was headed (before MoE *shudders*). I thought somewhat simplistically that Rosella and Alexander would get married off, and then their children would continue the series with or without the direct involvement of earlier generations.

WHAT?!?!?!?!?! When did we learn this? And I think that Graham and Valanice deserve grandkids after all this.

Even though someone may be too young to be a mother
Where did that originally come from? I remember seeing/hearing it somewhere, but I can't remember where...

Delling

I still think Cassima's the pregnant one (I find it kind of unlikely that they would have Rosella be pregnant (I think the demo is sort of clear on the point that Rosella and Edgar are still courting, not newlyweds)...

...but then again... it could be something lame like a completely tangential character such as Beauty being pregnant... (though I doubt it)

Didn't the demo say something about Sing Sing having offspring?
Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately. I'll read the votes...

After the publicity of someone being pregnant...I think there will be a lot of disappointed people if Sing Sing was the one who had the babies :P

Never mind, it was in one of Cesar's posts that I was looking though the other day. :P

I don't think its a good idea for anyone to be pregnant whether it be Rosella, Cassima or anyone else. I think that would lead some fans to believe "OMG there is going to be more games!" when there might not be. Although if showed what happened through the years and show the kids growing up and adventuring on their own (like they did at the end of Six Feet Under), that could work. Otherwise I think its leaving the fans thinking that there is going to be another one when there might not be.

Well someone being pregnant shouldn't necessary suggest more games as much as it suggests a happy ending, continuing generations scenario. After all if no one had kids it could imply a "omg Shadrack killed the entire royal family w00t" scenario :P

Maybe Beauty is pregnant?  Or the little oyster?  OR THE GNOMES.

Or Tomato, or Stick in the Mud... OR HOLE IN THE WALL!!!

Or... The Chessboard people?  Or... THE GENIE!  Or... The pawn shop guy?  The Lamp Peddler?

Or maybe its... The Dogwood tree?  Or a Guard Dog?  Or Black Widow?

Or.... THE BOOKWORM!!! YEAH!  It must be the bookworm.

You know Graham having grandchildren could solve the problem of who would have the throne after he was gone. You Know, Graham could live for about 20 to 30 more years, wait for the grandchildren to grow up and give it to them.(So he doesn't have to give it to Conor).

Deloria

I dislike the idea of Graham abdicating and leaving it to his grandchildren very much. Thrones do not skip generations for no reason and I doubt TSL would implement schemes by Alexander and Rosella that would get them disowned and bar them from inheriting etc. ;P There's no reason whatsoever Alexander can't be King Regnant and King consort of different kingdoms simultaneously, it's happened in history before, after all. :)

Well whats most likely to happen after TSL is that Rosella marries Edgar, Cassima and rosella have children, and Conner will get the daventry throne!!! Oh I forgot the when Valanice and Graham retires they'll just be around to star in life alert commericals!!! ;D

May I be so arrogant as to point out that monarchs abdicate and not retire? ::) Indeed, I find it highly doubtful Graham would abdicate.

Well someone has got to have kids or else the daventry royal line will be cut off. :P

Boogeyman

It kind of already is. Alexander's offspring would be heir to the Green Isles throne, not Daventry's. Plus, if Rosella were to someday wed Edgar(which is very likely), her offspring would be heir to the throne of Etheria, again not Daventry's.
