It'll end when people quit asking for spoilers... so, in other words, never! :suffer:

Well.... If you fine people are looking for someone to beta test your game to see how it runs on a state of the art Nvidia Geforce eVGA 7900GT I happen to be your man and would love to lend you people the services of my computer (Prays not many people have had a chance to pick up a 7900gt in the last month). I would be more than happy to do whatever i need to do to meet the beta-tester requirements. Sorry if this was the wrong place to post this, i just saw a few posts above this one talking about beta-testing.

You have to be on the fan list to be eligable. But you can always sweet talk your way there! I just sweet talked my way to the 8th Grade House Master at my school to find out who the snitch is on my bus!  ;D Having connections pays off... I have a contact in Bandai! But enough off-topicness!

yeah back to the constant bugging for a darn release date! :suffer:

or even the beta testing dates, lol

Now, Let's see... Shall I ask for a release or threaten them with a piece of bread? Hard choice... I can't decide... I don't think they'd have dates for beta-testing. I think they just choose people from the TSL fanlist that are active on the forums or something like that. It's similar to be a mod. They ask you, instead of publicly saying they're hiring... I think...

But anyway, we're all going to  :suffer: in the end! (Blame Yonkey for that!)

Though I'd semi-ressurect this topic being as we are getting close to the beta test stage and thus, one step closer to release, might the team have any more ideas about the game/download size?

Sorry, but we're not close to beta testing or even looking for beta testers right now.  We'll officially announce it when we are.

You have to be on the fanlist to be eligable to beta-test. And you need to be active on the forums. I think. Am I right, Yonkey? (I better be, because I have a fresh loaf of french bread with your name on it! And Cesar's too! Just give me what I want, and no one has to get hurt! I used tons of steam to make it rock hard for hitting a baseball with!) (But of course you'll never feel it that way! You'll feel the nice, fresh taste!)  :suffer:

If you do, then will you pick people, or will they have to apply themselves? I want to be one badly, just so you know!

You're somewhat right. :P  You actually don't need to be active to be on the Fan List, and being on the Fan List doesn't guarantee you a spot as a beta tester, it just makes you eligible. 8)

Once we're in need of beta testers, there will be a formal application process.  The Fan List is not the Beta Tester List, but being on it will definitely help your chances. ;D

*rereads thread*  Yeah, I think what I decided a few years ago still stands.  We may pick some people, but they'll still have to apply and pass the screening process.  8)

I think beta testing will be cool, but I don't mind waiting either.

Does being a fannatic guarantee you a spot? Or a groupieh? :P

Sorry, no. :P  The only thing that will guarantee you a spot is to fully pass the application process.
