Hmm. The "standing" bit of the sketch is really nice. But the mouth in the close-up is too fake-looking somehow... I can't really put my finger on it. The rest of the close-up is good, though.

Same here, she looks a little toothy or something, not quite sure... it could also be that they don't quite match up with the slightly freaky eyes.... overall though, the sketch is very nice, I really like the clothes.

I thought the same thing...it's like a dummy face...

Her head is a little too small in proportion to her body, IMO.  Im not an art expert, but it seems like her head doesn't "fit" with her body...

I see your point Say, but still!  Artwork in games is suppsoed to be perfect!  It's not real!  lol    But maybe her hard looks so small because of her pose as well...after lookint at it again, I think if she was re-drawn wit her amrs at her side, that her head would look okay

well, I was speaking of proportions indeed, not weight, when I said torso bigger than legs... I dont know what you meant by that lol but I didn't mean weight.

you would be amazed what you get to notice on observation, I'm an ilustrator as well, that's why I tell you its not as obvious as it should be, yet it is true.

I personally don't see anything wrong with the body proportions. It's the face close-up that looks a bit odd - not enough lines or something... of course, that's probably because it's just a sketch  
I like the hairstyle... looks kinda modern
