Cowboy and Steer Commercial

Does anyone remember the cowboy driving a truck with a pallet of beer in the back and he gives it to the lone steer in exchange for information about the next stampede.....the steer says "stampede, tomorrow night 2 am"  I love that commercial and I thought it was during the Superbowl 1999-2000 or close to there.
