KQ 1 thru 4

Just finished tsl demo - can't wait for the games, tho I wish they were on discs - I still have dial-up and it took forever to download.  Has anyone thought of redoing KQ1 thru 4 as talkie point and click.  I love those games, but who wants to do all that typing.

Cool I knew of 1 through 3 but I think the source of those had said that they would not redo KQ 4 since it was already on the newer adventure gaming engine.  I think the version of KQ 4 I got is point and click for movement but you still have to type stuff.  I didn't like the security feature they put on it either where you have to type in what word is on such and such a page paragraph such and such line such and such word such and such.  I can't say I ever got into 3 and 4 as much so they are the only ones I never beat.

It is AWESOME that they are remaking KQ4 (one of my favorites of the series)...but it will be tough for them to outdo their KQ2 remake, which was just absolutely awesome. It was worlds and worlds better than the original KQ2...just a classic remake.

The remakes of King's Quests I & II were by AGDI, the remake of King's Quest III was by Infamous Adventures and the upcoming remake of King's Quest IV is being done by a group called Magic Mirror Games.

Nicey nice. KQIV is my favorite of the older ones, my second favorite overall after VI, so I'm looking forward to a remake

I really enjoyed all the remakes. I can't wait for IV. Some of the screenshots that you can find if you explore the site a little are really awesome looking.

Why are they showing the fairies on the site? The fairies can't talk! I don't believe Pan does either.

IIRC the narrator said something about them seeming you to want stay away or something.

Maybe they'll be more verbal in the remake.

I think it's important to remember that this is a remake of KQ IV, so the team can edit it however they really want to. I mean, look at the KQ II remake! So, maybe in this version, the fairies will talk
