Beautiful! Did you use a laser printer for that? Does it come out good? Look any different than a professionally sold one?

tessspoon

Yes, it was a laser printer. It looks great too. I think it looks just as good as a professional one, except maybe better cause it doesn't have all that fine print that they have to put on them. ;D

Anyone try the SQC one? I know that's a lot of black....

A few people were asking me long ago to make a version of the KQ DVD cover with the new WinXP artwork so here it is.

I tried to make it look like black leather seeing as it needed to be darker because bright blue marble wouldn't have fit the picture well. The scaling of the leather is pretty small though, but it was as high as Photoshop would let me scale it. Anyway, here you are.

Cool! I'll have to print it out and try it. :D

For those who may stumble upon this thread and can't find anything to download, I've reorganized the files on my website so they're not available at the current links anymore. You can however go to my website and download them from the art section.

I finally remembered to print out the black one. I put it in a single case this time and it fits great. :D I'll print it out in color at the library tomorrow and take pics when I go home next week.

MusicallyInspired

Yeah, I put those there as an example. I hope that's ok. If not I can take them down.

And if I could get pictures of them in the regular case that would be great! :)

tessspoon

Oh, no, it's perfectly fine with me. :)

Nice! Though a little blurry and quite yellow. :) Nice to see them being used.

How many of you out there actually use these anyway? Just for curiosity's sake.

As soon as I can get control of a printer I plan to print one out. I recently bought CD-ROMs of I through VII and I plan to put them in a nice box. Thanks so much for taking the time to make these, they are very cool.

I tried again in the daylight and got better pictures, then ran them through the auto-adjustment on Paint.net.

XD I just noticed my reflection in the second

Got a program called Imandix Cover. It's a program that allows you to display your DVD (or otherwise) case artwork in a virtual on-display case. I used it on my Sierra covers and it looks rather nice.

Very Cool!

Did you use the free ware version? I just downloaded that. Maybe I'll use it for my covers too. Unfortunately I lost them all but I did find a few old versions of three out of the four of them. I lost some of my book covers too.  :(
Knight of Queen Deloria since 24-Jul-06 ;D
Duke of Lancaster of Queen Deloria since 09-Sept-06
Bestowed "Captain of Calais" on 08-Nov-06

Bestowed Kingdom of Bohemia by Queen Deloria on 06-Jan-07

Does anybody even remember who Wormy is?
Bring WORMY BACK!!!!!!!

MusicallyInspired

Yeah, that's with the free version. It only does DVD cases. The full version does CD cases and other stuff.
