I'm going to have to go with KQVI... if for no other reason the alternate ending requires going through a great deal of additional content that, in my opinion, fleshed out the story in greater detail than the regular ending.

IV, just 'cause by the time i finished the fairy quest, i forgot about the stupid fruit anyway. Graham died my first play through ; ;

but VI is still my favorite in the series :D
