KQVI, since it was pretty elaborate to reach either ending (unlike KQVII). :P

didn't KQ VIII also have a different ending ???
- In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo – Leonardo Da Vinci, and the Renaissance...In Switzerland, they had brotherly love.   They had five hundred years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce?  ...The cuckoo clock.

I have played through MoE(KQ VIII), and if there is one, I have never seen it. Well, unless you count the "peril" sequences(if you did that, all of the KQ games have WAY more than 2 alternate endings). :P

BumpOnALog

Ok I knew about 6 and 7, but what are the alternate endings to 2 and 4?   ???

In addition to the two major paths that you can take in KQ6, isn't there also a slightly different ceremony if you never got the ring back from the pawn shop?
Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately. I'll read the votes...

I think what he means is that it's possible to activate the ring before getting Valanice to go with you. You return to Daventry alone and there is no wedding.

There are two paths you can take in KQVI. In one you rescue Cassima's parents from the Realm of the Dead, in the other they stay dead.

Ohh ok, I forgot about that.  It's been a while since I played the original KQ II, but I had no idea that you could kill off Grahm in IV !!!.  I think I'll have to go try that  :sneaky:

EDIT:  :!Oops:

(Gives deepest apologies to those offended by my exclusion of roman numerals before)
"So I says Blue M&M, Red M&M they all wind up the same color in the end"

Actually, the KQIV ending has many variations depending on what you did previously in the game:

If Alex sends his signet ring to Cassima, or reclaimed it from the pawn shop, it will become the wedding ring. If not, there will be no wedding ring.

Cassima's parents may or may not be at the wedding, depending on if Alex saved them from the Land of the Dead.

Jollo will behave differently at the wedding depending on if Alex befriended him and if Cassima's parents were saved.

The genie and rulers of the island may or may not attend the wedding, depending on if you saved the genie, discovered the stolen treasures and saved Cassima's parents.

The keys to getting the ultimate ending are to send the signet ring to Cassima, befriend Jollo, save Cassima's parents, save the genie, and discover the stolen treasures. Do none of these things to get the worst (successful) ending.

KQVI, as I haven't seen the others. :P
All that is gold does not glitter
Not all who wander are lost
The old that is strong does not wither
Deep roots are not touched by the frost

From the ashes a fire shall be woken
A light from the shadows shall spring
Renewed shall be blade that was broken
The crownless again shall be king

Do you people have problems with roman numerals? ;P
