Books, movies, games, videocards, etc.
To start off with, I thought it was interesting how different the two PotC movies were... but unlike many seemingly feel, I thought the second was the better of the two. It lacked what the first had in pure style(and in some places it seemed like they had cut out important details to shorten it), but the action sequences were better (best...swordfight...scene...ever
), the story was more complex(with more plot twists), and the humour was better(IMHO). Sadly, the graphics/effects are unlikely to stand the test of time as well as the first, and it isn't nearly as fun to quote.
Oh, and Jason and I agree. It was Monkey Island the movie!
Thoughts(yes, I know I may be asking to be shot like that crazy undead monkey
)?
