Hey guys, don't know how many of you get this gaming magazine, but in the section named "Classic GI" which has reviews of oldies games and KQVI: Heir Today Gone Tomorrow was featured this issue! It has a score of 9.5 now and the score back then is unavailable.  :D

And it rightfully deserves both the title and rating. Because, quite simply, it IS  one of the greatest video games of all time! And 9.5 is a really good rating, so it's good that it's getting recognized still.  ;D

I think the game attracted a lot more people to the series as well (myself included).

Simply because it is one of the greatest games in all times. It may look outdated but it's gameplay is very much unmatched by games released much later . . .
It seems totally incredible to me now that everyone spent that evening as though it were just like any other. From the railway station came the sound of shunting trains, ringing and rumbling, softened almost into melody by the distance ...

I was talking to a woman in my Sunday School class and the lesson was in Ezekial where dead bones come back to life. And someone went "so that's where that song "dead bones, dead bones, dry bones" comes from." I said "I don't know the words, but I know the music from KQVI" and then I proceeded to tell her about that scene in the game. She goes "oh yeah! I've seen my son playing that game!" Found out he's not really completed it, just picks it up here and there to play a bit more. So I gave her the TSL web addy...who knows, we might have another forumer :P
