I thought Sir Dot-a-lot was leaving the Tierra-forum to exclusively come and harass the KQ IX-forums. Luckily that isn't so.

The thread should have been named: Farewell Tierra... Welcome AGDI. That way there will be no confusion.

I don't like the new name that much. Not that I thought Tierra was such a good name, but too much abbreviations tend to be slightly annoying.

Their new forum colors are nice though

What you're saying might have been true if the AGDs/Tierra/whatever they call themselves haven't already had another OFFICIAL name/company for making their own professional, original games - Himalaya Studios.

And it is "Phoenix Freeware On-Line". Says so right Here.
BTW, who came up with that name?

I admit to having been unaware of the Himlaya name. I think the AGDI name is much cooler than that one, anyways.

Beats me who came up the Phoenix one! It was like that when I got here.

Not a bad name, though. Poenix rising fom the ashes...adventure games rising from the ashes...and so forth.

The name of the group is not that important on this site. Besides, if anyone's interested, the can look it up via the 'Info'-link at the top.

I have to admit I'm not a big fan of all that blue there myself (I dont know, maybe its the combination of blues), but I didnt like much either the "green and brown stuff"

, amazing smart 2 cents there, I never quite knew what was Tierra's concept anyways but what you say does make sense, and yeah this new look its a bit more fresh, Im a bit curious though about this whole makeover to be honest, they must be planing something
