The GOOD: having fun on my trip throughout Europe :P

The PLAN: leaving tomorrow for Wales and then pick up a different tour in London

The PICTURES: I have pictures up on facebook... I will put some up here later, but I may wait until I get back home and just put up the highlights on the forum.

The BAD: Ygg in his infinite terribleness decided that my desktop does not exist. With the departure of my desktop went all of my pictures from York and Wales.

If Ygg and Microsoft (I suspect that this is actually a Windows issue and not just Ygg being his usual terrible self, but for the sake of the continuation of this sentence and end of this parenthesis let's just blame them both)... if they can be coaxed into giving me back my pictures, it'll take a miracle... either that or the sacrifice of several goats... I'm not sure yet...

I didn't call him "The Terrible One" for nothing ::)

*sigh* Excuse me... I have to go stab some things...

[Ygg is a name of Odin that translates to "the terrible one": I use it as the name of my laptop. Now that you know this I take no responsibility if you go out and name something "Ygg" and it then starts treating you terribly.]

The GOOD: Windows/Ygg found it in their hearts to grant me a brief reprieve in which I copied my pictures to another location on the hard drive...
The BAD: they then disappeared from my desktop again this morning  :S
The GOOD: they were still intact at the other location   :james:
The GREAT: *thumbs his nose at Ygg's terribleness* I managed to copy them to the 8 GB memory stick I'll be using for the duration of the trip... I had to do it 8 at a time, taking time out to copy the ones that it claimed were corrupt one-by-one ::)

The PICTURES SCHEDULE CHANGE: facebook and the forum will have to wait until I get home, I think... *doesn't trust Ygg* (gee, I wonder why)

The BAD: My roommate's car wouldn't start this morning - wouldn't turn over or anything, completely dead.
The WEIRD: Another intern's car did the EXACT same thing at lunch.
The BAD: Tried to jump both cars with mine and neither worked, both are still not working at all. :(

Try the Nelimed Sinus Rinse that you can get at a Target or Walgreens. Target sells it for about $10. Anyway, I started using it about three months ago, when I wake up feeling a bit stopped up. It's gross...but it works like you wouldn't believe! Only once, in the last three months, do I recall having to take sinus medicine as well.
