The GOOD: Had a fantastic time last night playing drinking games with Heavy Rain and energy drinks
The GOOD: Three more people (in addition to the two that were already there, and me) showed up halfway through Heavy Rain and just hung out, adding ridiculous amounts of fun to the experience.
The GOOD: Not feeling hungover/dead today. XD
The BAD: People are leaving today for spring break-y things, so there's no one around to talk to/hang out with
The BAD: No spring break plans at all except working on two school projects (and by two school projects I mean one school project and one outtakes video for a school project.)
The GOOD: Being able to watch all of the clips from our Heavy Rain/Forensics project XD (which is on Facebook, for all of those interested! :P)

I always hated when teachers did that. Doesn't it kind of defeat the purpose of spring break?

THE GOOD: Weekend
THE BAD: I have to clean up the backyard when I get home from grocery shopping

The GOOD: turning in a huge timedoc tomorrow :D (It's basically the last two timedocs since I worked relatively small amounts of time for the last 4 weeks, plus my advisers were variably out of town.)
The BAD: maybe 2 more timedocs before graduation

The BAD: Pandora got me hooked on this song: Leis an Lurgainn... and there's not a version of it on Youtube!! I wanna hear it again N O W! *grumbles*

The GOOD: going to discuss grad school options tomorrow with a friend who lacks an agenda to push as far as I can tell :)

The BAD: sorry to hear that Icarus :-\

The BAD: debating whether or not I should go teach English in China...
-I could turn a small profit,
-but I would likely make more money staying here and researching.
-NEED TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!!
-but also need money for grad school... :-\

The GOOD: my biophys prof is FINALLY around again... and we'll finally be having a meeting again tomorrow

The BAD: "Ní bhfuair mé IRCSET..." when I made this my facebook status, no one replied XD I should relate bad news in languages more deserving of the practice... like English... or German... hrmm... or Klingon... or maybe ?Russian?... wait, I don't know any of those last three XD

Err... The BAD: I didn't get IRCSET (that's exactly what that Gaelic says)

The GOOD: Pandora at the moment
The BAD: I need to stop flipping out about financing for France (the euro is not bloody likely to rise 30 cents to the dollar in the next month and a half)

The GOOD: with any luck, it will fall off some more ;D

The BAD: I've lost my train of thought XD

Well, be prepared/continue to give of your time, patience, and MOST IMPORTANTLY sympathy (there is far too little sympathy in this world). In particular, giving of your time doesn't have to be as draining as giving of sympathy and patience could be: hanging out or movies for instance can recharge both of you a lot more than your giving time and understanding to listen to him grouse (but it's important that you be able to listen to each other grouse from time to time :P).

As for the other girl situation, you should discuss it, but also you should prepare yourself in your own head to know your own limits--how much do you feel you can forgive or to how much do you feel you can extend your understanding. (::) sympathy isn't a license to let people walk all over you ;P)

*will stop being preachy now*

The GOOD: FINALLY have a plan for our last control experiment with the quencher
The BAD: have to use the optical tweezers for said planned experiment which means working with a grad student in the lab... who is of course prepping for exams, etc.
The BAD: timing
The GOOD: Maire Brennan :)
The GOOD: random hilarious movies on youtube XD

The BAD: Stressful presentation due next Monday... worth 20% of final grade :sweating:
