Whats up with the world today, there are thieves every where and friends stab you in the back.
Lately my friends have been saying that im a jerk , and i dont know why , so im thinkingabout starting a petition

Has this ever happened to anyone else before?

I dont quite get what you mean, but if a friend is calling you a jerk without actually openly talking to you as in -real conversation- then its more like a judging over than being a real friend and working out differences with you, either way I seriously dont believe Im knowledge of what is your case so all I can say its that, sometimes people do suck, and no matter, its not about letting this get you down, its about stand up and keep on moving, it sounds mean yeah, but it happens now, I bet it has also happened to you before and what's even more sad... it may happen again, cuz life its unpredictable and sometimes even though you may believe you know someone... the real thing is that you never actually get to know someone entirely.

I hope that made sense and well, a true friend is that who gives true concern and can sometimes get out of his own needs to get attention to yours, so maybe they werent that much of friends anyways

High school is a very mutable social environment. People are often far too concerned with being popular, and will shift alliances to whatever the current clime seems to dictate as being favorable.

So to me, there are two possibilities. One is that you inadvertently did something to annoy your friends. The other is that they simply have decided that being friends with you is no longer advantageous to whatever their popularity is. Neither matter is very pleasant.

The best way to figure out why your friends are suddenly mistreating you is to simply flat out ask them. That way you can maybe figure out from their answers if the friendships have simply hit a bumpy part and some issues need to be worked out, or if it's just not going to work anymore.

But in the end, Say's right, IMHO. A friend who will inexplicably turn on you is no friend at all, and is someone you're best off not investing too much time and emotion into. I know from experience that's not exactly much consolation when you're lonely for companionship, but it's the truth. A true friend will stick by you through thick and thin, and will try to work things out when things get shaky.

i think i worked most of it out with my friends but one of them is to stubborn so i told them where to go !
