So what name would you use for a girl that goes out with a guy that's more than 10 years older than her? I know some men, (yes men not boys, they're like in their 30s.) and they seem nice, and I'm thinking about going out with  one of them, cause I seriously need a date for Valentine's day, I do not want to spend it alone like I did last year. I'm getting desperate. I'm 23 btw.  I know one guy who's 35 he goes to my church and is a writer, he wrote  a mystery book, isn't that cool? I'm a writer too, maybe I could get some tips from him.

He sounds cool...but my original instincts, personally, go towards....why is a 35 year old going after a 23 year old? I'm 23, too, and I would have those same suspicions if it were me.  Not that it means the person in question is sketchy or anything, but it seems odd to me.

You could at least hang out with the guy I suppose, nothing wrong with that as both of you are mature. As far as getting romantic, that's a slight stretch, but if you really end up liking each other there's really no major problem as far as I know.

Personally, my max would be 5 years difference either way, though really more like 2 considering I'm only 19 right now.

Well, let's see.

Harrison's barbershop chorus always does this thing where the members form temporary quartets and drive all over the Greater Springfield area doing singing valentines for people. For $30, I think it is, a person can have one of the quartets go to their valentine's job/school/house/etc. and sing them a couple songs, give them a rose and card on behalf of the valentine-giver, and a photo of the event. So Harrison's going to be doing that all day Friday, actually. Not sure what he'll be doing Saturday.

I'll be doing what I do pretty much every night... sitting home alone doing whatever it is my latest project is. Yay.
