Result (pick one):
- Mistake [text, visual or audio error] - I am unable to leave from between the two guards. No matter where I click to walk (with the feet icon) - I spin in circles unable to leave from between them...

Nevermind. Third time's a charm. Had to exit the game three times and reload it and now I have escaped the two guards who bounced me back and forth.

That spinning bug was fixed years ago.  I can't remember what exactly was causing it now, but rest assured that it doesn't exist in the current build of the game.
